About

I'm so glad you're here!

My name is Kristi Hilton and I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 15. This diagnosis changed my life immensely and helped me to better understand myself. Since my diagnosis, I have done countless hours of research and tried numerous strategies to help with my ADHD for my school, work, and personal life. I created this blog to help share research, strategies, and resources to help other ADHDers!
